HUGO BECKER studied at the École Supérieure d'Art Dramatique in Paris, at Cours Florent, and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.

Since 2010, he has played 20 roles in films, notably in Jusqu’ici tout va bien by Mohamed Hamidi, L’assaut by Julien Leclercq, and Tempête by Christian Duguay. He has also worked with American directors Whit Stillman in Damsels in Distress and Drake Doremus in Breathe In.

He is also known for his role in the American TV series Gossip Girl, where he portrayed the Monégasque prince Louis Grimaldi. He has appeared in several French TV series, including Baron Noir, which significantly increased his popularity in France.

He also starred in the spy comedy series Au Service de la France, where his portrayal of the character André Merlaux was critically acclaimed. Hugo Becker has proven his versatility by taking on a wide range of roles, from comedy to more dramatic characters, especially in Chefs and Versailles.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has established himself in international productions, notably the Spanish series Bajo Sospecha, allowing him to navigate between French and foreign film industries.

In addition to being one of the most talented actors of his generation, and awarded Best Male Newcomer at the Prix Adami Cannes 2010, HUGO BECKER is an exceptional director, having already directed 4 short films, 2 music videos, and 2 branded-entertainment films. He is currently in pre-production for his first feature film as a director.
